Fitbit One deleting steps after sync

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.
My Fitbit One has deleted 8000 steps after syncing for two days running. This is roughly the amount I do on the treadmill each evening before syncing. What's going on? Yesterday I was well over 20000 and lost 8000 and today I am down below 12000 after being 18500 before syncing.

Worked it out- I had downloaded a Fitbit compatible app for my treadmill workout and it was not counting that.

I have been traveling and syncing successfully, but when I got home last Friday, Saturday was ok, as was Sunday, and Monday I synced 25,000+ steps, but when I was checking today, I had no steps for Monday at all.  I don't have apps so that's not it.  Tuesday and Wednesday are Ok, too.

Is there anyway I can register those steps?  Probablly not.

Welcome to our Community @Thelawn! It's nice to see you around more often @sagaposRobot HappyI'm so glad to know you were able to fix your issue my friend @Thelawn!

@sagapos mmmhh this is weird but I have great news for you, you can add the missing steps by manually logging an activity. Please do the following:

  1. On your Dashboard tap the Exercise tile to open your exercise history. This is the tile that says "Track exercise" if you haven't worked out today. If you've already worked out, you'll see the exercise category on the tile instead (for example, Run or Hike).
  2. Tap the stopwatch icon in the top right corner.
  3. Tap Log.
  4. Tap a recent activity or search for an exercise type.
  5. Adjust the activity details and tap Add.

Let me know how it goes! Man Happy
