Hi @KatyMorgan. Your data does not reside in the 'cloud' but rather on your Fitbit One, which has on-board memory sufficent to retain your data minute-by-minute for a full 7 days; and daily total for the 23 days prior. If the data does not show on your dashboard, it's because your One has not sync'd to your account or the last successful sync is stale. Please refer to I can't sync my tracker to troubleshoot sync'ing to your iPad and hopefully of these tips will do the trick. And no, don't worry - syncing issues are usually resolved pretty quickly. Hope this helps. Please let us know how it goes.

Hi again @Deedee90c. I am running the latest update to IOS and don't have an issue. Even if your One unsynced, signing-off your account and closing the app; and opening the app again and signing back on to your account should automatically restore the sync functioality with your One. If not, I would try deleting the Fitbit app and downloading and installing the latest version. In only takes a few seconds to do so, so there's no harm in trying.
Hope this helps. Cheers!
