Fitbit One does not turn on

Hi All,

I moved a few times overs the last couple of years and I lost my fitbit one in one of the moving boxes. Today, I found it and was very excited to start using it again.

When I plug it into the charger and when I press the button, the display turns on and says " Fitbit 6.60" followed by which a full battery sign appears. But, when I pull it out of the charger, it won't turn on anymore.

I thought the battery was dead and kept it charging for a few hours. But that didn't help either. I noticed some people suggesting to restart the fitbit. I tried restarting many times, but that didn't help either.

Is there any other way I can turn it on or is the fitbit toast?

My guess is that it's toast. The batteries don't seem to like long-term storage without a charge. It was worth trying the restart but that's the only tool that we, as users, have available.
