Hey so I've read previous entries on these sort of problems but they haven't quite answered my problem!
I have a fitbit one and previously a zip and have the same problem with both, I go for a run and record it on my Strava which is linked to my Fitbit account, I hit save and log into the Fitbit app and sync the Fitbit and it says for sale of argument 60 active minutes, I then log out of Fitbit and back in to the app and it doubles the active minutes and logs it as an exercise, it doesn't double the exercise log just the minutes and steps!
As as far as I know the one doesn't have smart track so I can't turn that off! I can't be the only one who's had this problem pleSe help!
thanks 🙂

Hello @V1nny, it's nice to have you in the Community! It's really odd that the One double the steps and active minutes. I think that this might be because the activity is recorded with Strava at the same time you're using the One, I recommend to try the workout using only the One and then sync, if this happens again, please restart the Fitbit and make a test one more time.
Let me know if this works.
