7 hrs 45 min asleep
25 times awake
15 times restless
58 minutes awake/restless
I thought I'd be shown a sleep efficiency percentage in the app, but there's no percentage that I see, just numbers and a pink and blue graph. Will someone please tell me how to calculate it using the numbers above? TY

the percentage. To see that, I have to open fitbit.com on my iPhone or on
my desktop computer. Not what I would call intuitive. Presumably this is a
design oversight by the app designers, or Fitbit wants to drive people to
their website to sell them things.
TY for your info.

Hey, @khol! Welcome aboard. hmm you are right on the App you don't have the sleep efficiency percentage. It would be cool to have it there too. Please make sure to add this suggestion on our Feature Request board, this way it might be implemented in a future update. Once you do share the link here, so we can vote for it!
To get this percentage, you need to first substract the minutes it took you to fall asleep, and the minutes that you were restless on your graph to your total time in bed. Once you have this number use the percentage formula with your real minutes in bed vs the actual sleep time. It will be more accurate if you convert everything to minutes as well.
Ex:
(8.43-Minutes to fall asleep ->10
Aproximate of awaken minutes -> 10)
8.43h = 505.8minutes
7.45h = 447 minutes
505.8-20=483.8
485.8-100%
447-x%
------------------
92.01%
There is a little difference because I don't know the exact time in minutes between awaken and restless, but it is pretty close. I hope this makes sense.
Keep me posted!

How is it goin' @khol nice to see you around! Have you checked that information on your PC dashboard?
In fact you have a sleep pattern, blue is the time asleep and pink means "awake/restless" Under that pattern you have the following information: The time you went to bed, the time you took to fall asleep, how many times you were awake and the time you were restless. Finally you have the total amount of time that you were in bed and the actual sleep time. 7 hrs 45 minutes corresponds to the actual sleep time, it means that from the total amount of time that you were in bed only 7 hrs and 45 minutes were sleep. if you add 58 minutes ( that includes times awake and times restless) to those 7 hrs and 45 minutes you'll see that you were in bed for 8 hours and 43 minutes.
Hope this explanation helps. Have a wonderful day!
