Fitbit One is not charging

I have cleaned the contacts, plugged it into the same USB spot on my computer that I use to charge my ipone, tried another USB on another computer and I have bought a new charger and no luck with getting my fitbit one to charge.  Does anyone else have any suggestions?

Just in case your computer isn't providing enough power through its USB ports you could also try using a wall charger such as the one you might use with a phone. Any charger will do as long as it's UL certified.
