One will not hold a charge

I charged my Fitbit One this morning.  At 8:00 it was fully charged.  At 11:00 it is dead.  Help.

Hey hey hey @singcarols! Welcome to the Community. Smiley Happy This sounds pretty bad. In this case I suggest you to get in touch with Fitbit Support directly and let them know about this issue. They will take a look of your account and see what they can do to get you back on track.
