I having been using Fitbit problem-free for over four years. Tonight, when I synced my One with my Android phone, I lost the last three hours of activity -- calories, steps, all gone. Even though I walked for two miles, my dashboard shows I have no steps and no calorie burn above BMR. When I tried to re-sync, thinking it was a temporary glitch, I lost MORE calories/steps.
My step/calorie totals appear to be going up again, but those hours of data remain missing. Is there any way to regain it? Also, with others apparently reporting similar issues dating back to at least mid-2018, I am wondering if the issue has ever been identified and resolved?
(This is rather annoying, as I have hit my calorie burn and step targets every day for the last 10+ weeks, and now, unless I go walk another two miles, today will be my first "fail" since June.)

@dskast I've had this happen when syncing multiple devices, Fitbit will always take the smallest step count, even if I walked 10 miles and my other tracker was batted around for 3 by a curious cat, LOL it's best to sync anytime you're switching between devices. If you don't have a separate device, can you check if you'd possibly enabled "MobileSync"? It's how Fitbit tracks steps from our phones and possibly what overrode your steps/calories. Otherwise, the best solution is going into your activity tab and manually adding them back in.
