I have a iPhone and my Fitbit one would not sync with the app. I turned the phone off and on, the Bluetooth off and on, and removed the device from the app. Now when I try to add the device back it says u
it can’t find the One even though it is on and right on top of the phone.

@Labdogliver have you tried using a different device (computer, tablet, a friend's phone, etc.) to determine if the problem is your tracker or the device or app? It's quite possible your old tracker has a defective Bluetooth which you can easily determine with a Bluetooth finder app.
