Fitbit One not showing data

My Fitbit One is showing no data on either my iphone or ipad apps since last Wednesday 15 Nov. Any advice please?

Ok.

 

- try to restart you’re One by holding the power button for 15-20 seconds.

- make sure the Fitbit can connect to the phone and iPad. If it can’t, go here:Solved: Unable to sync Fitbit One - Fitbit Community

- try to sign out of you’re acount on you’re phone and iPad, then sign back in

- delete the app and reinstall it

restart iPhone and iPad (hold down the home button and power button for 15 seconds)

 

Possible problems:

Do you connect you’re Fitbit to any other devices?

Thanks for taking the time to reply to me. As per your link, I went onto the Fitbit Community and followed the advice of Evie - and it's all working again
