Fitbit One not syncing and not logging steps. How to manuall log?

My Fitbit One has stopped logging steps and will not sync to iOS devices. It's been an issues for almost two weeks. Noticed after charging. I charged when low battery indicated but did not allow it to drain. I have tried rebooting. I will try to let it drain then recharge for a "warm reboot" as suggested on other entry.
Is there a way to manually log steps?

Hello @Atho and welcome aboard to our community. Its a shame that your One is not logging steps. I wonder if you are still able to see the steps on the screen of your tracker? If you do, then It might be just a syncing issue. You can find additional, for this by going to this post: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Syncing-troubleshoot-for-iOS-devices/m-p/1271070

If is not working please contact customer support for additional help. I'm sure they will be happy to assist you.

Hope this helps and see ya around.
