Fitbit One not syncing anymore (rest seems to work fine)

Hi,

my fitbit one isn't syncing anymore since last friday april 23. Everything else seems to work fine. I can charge it no problem, it is showing steps and all that.

I have a pc with fitbit connect, and it doesn't sync, but neither does it sync to my iPad and iPhone, which used to work fine (until apparently last friday) (I of course know about the need of BT etc... being enabled).

I have been on a holiday from sunday until now (wednesday evening), and I have walked a lot (and beat my previous step records), so if I have to restart the fitbit one (as read in another topic), does that delete the data that hasn't been synced so far?

Winny I am having the exact same problem . My one synched Sun 4/24 and stopped syncing. It shows my steps and miles and is fully charged. I can't get through to chat support. Let me know if you get any answers.

I'm having the exact same issue. Nothing has synced since Sunday but everything seems to be working correctly.

I've been having the same issues. I have not been able to sync mine since 2/8/16. And like Winny, Andpeaches & KelG, everything seems to be working correctly.

I have had the same issue.  I have a FB One, it syncs but is not logging any of the data.  It also cleared the device so that I cant even manually log data?????

As several of you have said, my fitbit one also stopped sync-ing on Sunday April 24. Everything else but sync-ing seems to be working just fine. Has anyone found out why or what to do about it?

It's not sync-ing to my phone or computer, in case that helps.

I called customer support and after 30 min on the phone walking me through all the steps to re-synch my Fitbit One nothing worked. All IOS updated. All Apps updated. No turning Bluetooth off/on or phone or PC rebooting worked. No deleting and reloading the app worked. No deleting device and then trying to add new device worked.
So they are sending me a new tracker.
Hopefully the new one works.
It's no fun not having anyway to synch all my steps/workouts into my dashboard. And I have health insurance deductions that rely on my fitness tracker sending my workout info to them.
Not a big fan of Fitbit right now.

I would say with so many of us having the same problem and having it all
start on Sunday, this has to be a company issue.

I too am having a problem Syncing.  I haven't been able to Sync since 8:47 pm on 4/26 - Tuesday night.

 

If the person that called Cust Service and posted their phone # got results, it would be good if they mentioned the results of the call....

 

I use my PC to Sync.

Having the same problem... My FitBit ONE will not sync. This is getting frustrating.

Customer service is sending a new tracker. See my previous post that explains what happened when I called.

It took me 1/2 hour and 2 different techs to finally get my fitbit to sync. I had to uninstall app from my Android phone then reinstall it. (now you loose you your previously saved tracking data, including foods... aggravating)Then connect fitbit to dongle on my home computer and made sure I had the app from the google play store installed ( I did). And they had me force a sync... I do have "All Day Sync" (enabled)  It got very confusing, Sorry couldn't write all instuctions down... I suggest you call this number 8776234997. and get a "ticket" created. Not computer savvy and this process drove me crazy...  One funny thing... at first I didn't have Internet connection on my home computer...Ummm I have Verizon, don't know if the strike has any affect on what happened to my FitBit as verizon is on Strike...

I will give this another 24 hrs to see if it still works...So far I can't search for common foods and just now got Can't connect to Fitbit... Pullling my hair out...

Now i am getting messages Can't Connect to Fitbit and or Connection failed... I am using an Android phone.

My fitbit one also will not sync with anything since Monday 4/25/16. I've done all the trouble shooting and nothing. Has anyone called customer support?
