Fitbit One not syncing..customer service useless.

My Fitbit One has always worked like a charm.  Now it won't sync unless I mess around with Bluetooth for ages in the hopes it might sync. I have had back & forth emails with the Fitbit Team with no glory...they keep asking for the same info over & over. I have done everything they have suggested & nothing gets resolved.

From the massive amounts of posts on this subject, it looks likes since the last update ALL ONE users are having issues with being able to sync. It seems to be hit or miss if you actually find success in getting your device to sync. I LOVE my ONE since I can clip it to a bra and no one is the wiser. I wear it all the time in addition to a wrist tracker. I switched my wrist tracker to a Garmin and haven't looked back. There are times when a wrist tacker is just not going to look appropriate when out at certain functions.

Since this last update I have to reset my Fitbit EVERY TIME to get it to sync. This is NOT a viable solution.
