Fitbit One recently started overcounting floors

I have been wearing my Fitbit since November 14.  On March 31 it started overcounting floors.  There's a 3 mile route I walk that usually gives me credit for 3 floors.  On 3/31 I got 36 floors for that same walk.  I have read other posts, and yes it was windy.  But it was certainly not the first windy day I encountered since November.  I did a reset as recommended in a previous post.  Since then it has been intermittantly giving me high floor counts - generally mid to upper 30s.  How can I fix this?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @bcalla. It's great to have you here. This issue sounds weird. It could be a good idea performing another couple of restarts. Sometimes it requires more than once to do the trick. If this doesn't help, please contact Customer Support. They might be able to provide further assistance.
