Fitbit One silent Alarm was 9 mins off

Have the same problem with my fitbFi one.  First one year it was working perfectly.  Last six months I see this discrepancy

@sacpaddy Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry to hear that your silent alarms aren't going at the right time. You can try testing this by creating an alarm and check when it goes on. Also don't push the button and you will see that it will go off again after 9 minutes (this is the snooze feature of the alarms). Finally you can try restarting your Fitbit One by doing the following:

 

1.- Plug your charging cable into your computer.
2.- Plug your Fitbit One tracker into the charging cable, making sure that the gold contacts on your tracker align with the gold contacts in the inside of the charger.
3.- Hold down your tracker's button for 10-12 seconds.
4.- Remove your tracker from the charging cable and press its button until the screen turns on.

 

Since you have a Fitbit One I moved your post to the correct board.
