You don't have to wear it, but just clipping it could cause it to fall off. My wife uses a terrycloth wristband with a zipper pocket to keep hers in, clip and all. You can find them on Amazon and in most sporting goods stores.

Thank you for share this information @SunsetRunner. I did not know that there was other options in Amazon regarding the sleep bag of the Fitbit One. I've seen the Flex wristbands but not this. ![]()
Hi there @Nisa, good to see you around and note that if you use the One clip it on your Pjs, might be very uncomfortable and might not read your sleep very well. So the best recommendation would be to use the sleep bag for better accuracy or as @SunsetRunner mentioned above. There are other options that are not officially supported by Fitbit but it gives the user a different alternative. In my personal opinion It might be weird to wear this the first couple of nights, but after I get used to it, does not feel uncomfortable anymore.
Tell us how it goes, I'll be around.

Hi there @Nisa, and welcome aboard to our Community @BethDee. I'm glad to hear is not uncomfortable to use pinned it on your Pjs. I will try to use my One on this way, although I don't mind to use it on my wrist, I think its worth to try it. I'm curious to know how is the accuracy of the sleep readings? I bet is fine, but I just want to give follow up with you.
See you around and catch ya later fellows. ![]()
