I inherited a Fitbit One tracker from a family member but even after setting up an account and connecting the tracker some of her data is still in the tracker. All of her personal information and past steps have been reset except for the steps/floors logged on the day I received it, which has left me with close to 10,000 steps and 2 badges that aren't mine on my account. This is my first ever account so the data definitely isn't mine. Is there any way to reset this? I don't want to change my email address or create a new account but I also don't want to be stuck with data that isn't mine.

Hello @NyctophiliAriel,
Welcome to the community!
You may be able to 'delete' the steps by manually entering a driving activity, but the badges will stay. It sounds like the two badges that you got are the 5k and 10k step badges and honestly, before too long I imagine you'll get enough of them so that you won't even know the difference (1881 and 1392 for me respectively).
So you have two options, either go ahead and keep the steps and badges, knowing that eventually it 'all comes out in the wash' or if you really want to start clean, you can contact support and have them delete your account. Once it has been deleted, you can re-establish it again with the same e-mail. This may take a few hours to a day, depending on when support responds.
I hope this helps.
