It used to work fine but with the last few versions of the Android app a sync always results in a "sync error". At home it is still syncing, but away from home, when using the app, it simply does not work. I checked the help article and Bluetooth is switched on (duh), the "always connected" option is switched off and the app has access to my location.
Please help.

Some days I just need to do a restart to get it to sync

Yes that is what I did (reset) and my Fitbit One immediately starting syncing.... Thanks for the help!
