Fitbit One stopped syncing

All of the sudden, this morning my fitbit one stopped syncing, despite the fact that continues to track my data.
I tried to delete the fitbit ipad/iphone app and install them again, turned off and on the bluetooh, removed the device from the app, but none of that strategies worked.
Please help!

Mine stopped syncing this afternoon.  I thought it was just my computer.  Can't wait to see if there is a fix for this.  I tried everything, or at least I think I did!

Mine stopped syncing this afternoon around 4PEDT. What could cause such widespread failure? It's not apired with the iPhone any more.

I also cannot sync, and have deleted and reloaded the app, turned Bluetooth on and off, charged the Fitbit, and restarted phone. Nothing works.

Same problem; will not sync either wirelessly or plugged into the computer.  Tried all the suggestions without resolution.  Is it related to the latest software upgrade?

Suddenly, it is now syncing.  Weird.

I did not wash my Fitbit, as I have seen some indicate....but, in a normal day we do much with water. My husband shined a flashlight into the front of my one when it stopped syncing and saw moisture. Rice overnight and works fine now.....might want to try it, if nothing else is working

My fitbit one has not charged since Sunday. It is not working on my phone app or my computer. Is there a way to fix this? I have tried deleting the app and shutting off bluetooth and then turning it back on.

**UPDATE** it may not come as a surprise, my phone again cannot find my Fitbit to sync....48 hours seems to be the new normal for working time on the Fitbit one😶 Very frustrating!!!!!! No moisture within this time,?

I finally contacted Customer Service, and they were very gracious. They are replacing my Fitbit at no cost.

After charging, it syncs again but it is now a battery issue as well....won't sync because battery is low....battery runs out in under 24 hours, when it use to last 2 weeks. I enjoy using this product....when it works. Having to load, reload, delete, reinstall, turn off on off, hold for 10-12-15 seconds plug in hold unplug hold....charge, run completely dead charge.....all this every 24 hours, not cool, not fun, not enjoyable and not worth the hassle. They really need to find a real....lasting solution to the issue instead of the famous "have you tried turning it off and back on again" line😤

Wth my 1 stopped syncing as well. Why is there no Fitbit rep assisting with this??

My fitbit one stopped syncing with my iPhone 6 and macbook air as of 9/1/16 at 10:04 PM CST.  Tried every turn on, turn off, reset, reload that I can find and now have tried removing the device from the app.  No surprise that the app can't find a device now.  Never had an issue with the device.  Very frustrated.  Please Help!!

Now it is working again!  Followed advice I saw in one of the posts - plugged the One into the charger and held the button down for 10-12 seconds.  Removed the One from the charger and held button.  It all works now, and I was able to add the device to my iPhone.  I had tried this before, but the second time is a charm.  Maybe I didn't hold the button long enough the first time...

I restarted my fitbit one and it finally synced. Tried before but didn't work. It worked today.
