Fitbit One stopped working

My Fitbit just has black screen. I have not had any messages that battery needs to charge. Was working this morning. Will try to charge. Any ideas welcome!

After you have given it a chance to charge, if it's still not working then try restarting it using this procedure:

Give it a few tries as it's known to not always work first time.

Well after chatting with Help from Fitbit, my unit was not responding to all methods to re-start. My replacement unit arrived today. Now to just get it up and running! Thank you all!T-Mobile. America's First Nationwide 4G Network.
