My Fitbit One went thru the washer/dryer. It still turned on so I plugged it in to charge it. It fully charged and worked for 1/2 day and then stopped turning on. When I plug it into the charger it will charge up and go through all the various sections i.e. time, step count, floors, etc. But then when I take if off the charger I can't get it to work. Any thoughts?

You should of put it in rice for 24 hours before trying t o charge it again.
Might still want to do that now.
But trying to charge it before dying it out could of caused some damage

@SabbyMax Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's unfortunate to read that One got washed.
If you already tried @WendyB's suggestion and put it in a bowl of rice for 24 hours and still not working; I'd recommend performing a restart on it. That could help with the problem you are experiencing now.
The important thing is making sure no more moisture is inside the tracker by putting it in rice.
Hope this helps. Keep me posted! ![]()
