I haven't used my Fitbit for years (maybe 6). My child wanted to use it. I plugged it it - it looked like it was charged. I took it out of the plug and it went blank. I tried to charge it again - nothing. I put it into bit to get it synced with my computer (windows 10). It kepts aying "no internet" - which is not true - the internet was on.
I charge the Fitbit agin - and once again - when I took it out of the charger - it went black.
Is it totally dead?

Best AnswerHi @kefuser the One was retired ages ago and with a dead battery for so many years, it probably has died. These legacy devices aren't receiving any firmware updates to keep them current.
Best AnswerI have a fitbit one. Have used it solidly for 8 years and this week just went blank and seems totally dead. Its def not the battery as this happened after it was fully charged. Its had a good and long life but I am upset as its no longer available.
