Fitbit One won't sync, and now I can't log in

My Fitbit One has been working fine. It is synced to both IPad 9.3 and IPhone 6 9.3. I am traveling in England and have not yet upgraded either device to 9.3.1. Yesterday the Fitbit stopped syncing to both devices. After trying all of their tricks I tried to log out and log back in on my IPad. I can't, it no longer recognizes my password and when I tried to say I forgot my password it gave me the dreaded 403 Prohibited error. On my IPhone I deleted the Fitbit and tried to reinstall it, same thing, 403 error. Help.

Thank you for your help. I have solved my problem. I was traveling in England. My Fitbit worked the whole time I was in London. Then I traveled to Bath and the Fitbit stopped syncing sometime on the way there, and didn't work again until this afternoon when I got back to New York. I don't think Fitbit's servers extend Northwest much past London.

It would have been nice to know that!

Anyway, I am all set now.

Thank you,

Karen

Awesome troubleshooting @KarenNS

If not already done feel free restarting the phone & the tracker:

Restart the tracker

URL: Click / Tap to open the Fitbit Help Article 'How do I restart the tracker?'

Hope it helps

Thank you for replying but I have already tried these things multiple times. Since I am having trouble with the Fitbit syncing with both my IPhone and my iPad, I do not think the problem is with my devices, I think it is on the Fitbit end. I can get at the web version of my Dashboard, but mostly all it shows is that my Fitbit last synced several days ago and in most of the panels there are little circles going round and round. Fitbit support asked for a picture of this which I sent them. I am very unhappy.

Since your using the web to post this, your logged into Fitbit.

My suggestion you could go to Fitbit.com log out, then use the forget password option from there. but do it from a different browseror device.  This way you won't loose access
