If not already done feel free restarting the phone & the tracker:
Restart the tracker

Best AnswerSince your using the web to post this, your logged into Fitbit.
My suggestion you could go to Fitbit.com log out, then use the forget password option from there. but do it from a different browseror device. This way you won't loose access
