Fitbit One won't sync to any device

The last time my Fitbit One synced, was on Nov. 3.  It won't sync on my computer, my laptop or my Android phone.  All have Bluetooth and have been updated.  I'm very frustrated.  Any ideas?  Or do I just need to get a new one?

What worked for me was resetting the Fitbit. I had to press down on the
button for about 10 seconds until the screen went dark, then pressed it
again until I got the welcome.

Good luck.

Well, I tried turning it off as well, and left it off for about 30 minutes. When it powered back up, there was no welcome screen. It returned to where it was before, and started counting steps again where it had left off. It doesn't seem to reset.Further thoughts?

@Janibfb Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to report the situation you are currently experiencing with your One not syncing. Thanks for trying the troubleshooting steps listed on this thread.

If your One is not restarting properly, try pressing the button for a bit longer. Check the restart steps here.

Also, it is possible that your One is unpaired from your account. Please try these set up troubleshooting steps in order to sort that out.

Additionally, try setting it up using a computer as Fitbit is aware that some users are now experiencing trouble to sync and pair via the Fitbit mobile app (check the pink banner at the top of this page).

@MarVic Thanks for sharing your help and experience on this thread.

@themandalalady I'm really glad to read that you have found a solution on this thread.
