I realized today my Fitbit One hasn't updated since October 9. I have an android, I have used web interface. I can't find Fitbit Connect Classic Mode as mentioned for advanced settings. How do I get this to work?

@Kilcrea Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to post the situation you are experiencing with your One not syncing and with Fitbit Connect.
Please use the link @WendyB provided to you on her post above to download Fitbit Connect and sycn with it.
Also, since you have an Android device, I'd recommend checking if it is a compatible device. If it is, please try these syncing troubleshooting steps in order to sort this out and sync with your phone as well.
