so the problem with syncing to android phones is all over the Internet. It's on Facebook. It's on Fitbit's site. But tonight my Fitbit One won't even sync to my computer. I had this problem a couple days ago. Restarted the fitbit and then it synced. Same thing happened a few days prior, same solution, same result. So it won't sync to the phone app and it won't sync to the computer. It's not my computer. It's not my phone. It's not my Fitbit. It's Fitbit's software. I'm going to look at other trackers as the amount of time required to maintain the Fitbit is unreasonable. I just restarted the silly Fitbit again. It synced steps but not Sleep. Fitbit - who did you hire and why ??
Put it in the charger thing. press the button down for 12 seconds. The display will go dark. Then unplug it from the charger and press the button on the Fitbit One. It will restart. I am now having to restart this dumb thing every day in order to sync it.
I am having the same issue. Not syncing to my phone. Bluetooth won't pick it up. Earlier today, it actually synced on my laptop by itself. Now; no such luck. So tired of fighting this.
