Fitbit one. Not tracking floors on phone.

I have never had this problem.  I've tues a reset but my floors are not showing up on my phone app. What's the deal??   Has never happened before.

@Cjtaylor Welcome to the Fitbit family! I believe that the floors climbed tile was hidden on your Fitbit app's dashboard. 

 

Do not worry, try these steps to get it back. After doing this, you should be able to see the floors on the app once again.

My Fitbit One has stopped recording floors both on phone and on on the device itself.  Tried rebooting the device but doesn't want to know either - not two years old 😞
