My "friend" and companion since 2015, a Fitbit ONE, has reached the point of no charging. Fitbit stepped up and offered a "free" replacement, or 50-percent off a new model. That is customer service to the extreme, and while the ONE will not be back, I'm happy with the result. I am weighing my options. Thumbs up to Fitbit for stepping up and making a difference.

@Chris92057 thanks for sharing the great news. Fitbit customer support is awesome.
So, weighing those options, you think you might like one of the wrist style Fitbits? There are a few that monitor the heart rate and the Flex 2 is waterproof. Decisions, decisions...
Glad you're with us!

I weighed various options: The Apple Watch (no battery life) and then asked other Fitbit users at work. I choose the Fitbit Blaze based on others. Frankly, the Apple Watch must be tethered every day to a charger and does not offer the level of support and gathering the Fitbit line offers. I ordered and should be here sometime by next Monday. (Five-day shipping)
Very pleased. Obviously, I prefer the One, so here's hoping a new clip on (sans ZIP) is offered.

@Chris92057 I love my Blaze. The other Fitbit styles I had were great, but the Blaze just seems to suit me the best. You'll love it.
I hope they do get a clip on for us, as I have friends who prefer that style.
