Best AnswerLithium batteries do not last forever. Yours is likely on it's last legs and is not replaceable.
The One has been out of production for quite a while. The Zip is no longer produced either. If you need a clip on tracker, the Inspire (Not the Inspire HR) will work with an accessory clip.

@Chappyrac47 There isn't a fix for a dying battery. you're better off than many people in this forum who have completely dead batteries. You can either continue charging it every 2 days, which isn't horrible, or replace the battery with an aftermarket one, as Fitbit no longer manufactures the One. Tracker batteries last ~2-3 years whether used or not. Cheers!

@Kizz1984 3rd party replacement batteries for the One can be purchased ~$10 from eBay and Alibaba. Replaced mine a few months back, it's been working great ever since. Cheers!

Best AnswerOh, how I wish I had read this before I threw away my One. I loved that thing and it lasted more than 5 years. My wife bought me a Charge 3, even though I knew it had so many design issues and it is a wrist watch sort of thing. I hate wearing anything on my wrist so I am trying to adjust. Why, oh, why doesn't fitbit make a tracker that will just sit quietly in my pocket like the One???
Best Answer@LaloMalo WHY would you throw away your Fitbit tracker? Did you know you can have multiple trackers on one account and switch between them whenever you like? This is what I enjoy, I can wear the Surge, or switch to my One or Zip when wearing a nice watch. The battery for the One is around $10 online, and since installing mine, it gets nearly 3 weeks between charges! There isn't a replacement for the One or Zip, but the non-HR inspire does have a clip option.
Best AnswerReturning my Charge 3 to Macy's and getting the Inspire and hope it will work in my pocket. Glad to have this forum.

Thanks, but Fitbit said there was no battery replacement and I believed them. Without a battery, the One wasn't worth much. Just threw the one charger away this morning but the One is in a landfill somewhere. Taking back my Charge 3 and getting the non HR Inspire today.
