My Fitbit One is getting no connection to the webb on my computer. Works fine on my phone. This is a Fitbit problem. I know a Fitbit One is not what this company cares about, but fix the problem. Those of us that have been here since the beginning deserve more.

I've got same problem. I.e., since evening on 21/7/2016. I've used Fitbit One since March 2013 with no previous problems. I've tried the troubleshooting topics without success. I suggest the Company provides advice to the loyal users of their product on how to fix the issue: "No internet connection" with dongle inserted in any USB Port.

My Fitbit One last connected to the Internet on Thursday at 5:50 p.m. I've searched for an issue on my computer and have found nothing. It's a relief to see that this is a shared problem. Fitbit, this cannot be multiple problems on the individual level. You need to fix this on your level. I've had my Fitbit for almost four years, and I have often recommended your products. Don't damage your reputation by letting this slide.

Hi all,
I had the same problem (Windows 10) and just fixed it.
I uninstalled the old software, then installed the Win 10 app from the store. Didn't work. So uninstalled and rebooted.
Then plugged in to charge the device from the PC (don't know if that helped or not), downloaded the latest version of the regular windows software and installed. While it was installing it updated. Then everything was working as normal.
Hope this helps someone - good luck!

Same problem here. "No internet connection since 7/21/2016 after three years of successful use. Has anybody received feedback from Fitbit on this problem?

I am frustrated that I cannot sync either my phone or desktop/laptop. Has there been any resolution to the 'internet connection' error message.

Re-installing Fitbit Connect worked for me, except when I upgraded from Fitbit Connect 2.0.0.6518 to 2.0.1.6742, my Flex would not connect. So I went back to the following and it was fixed (running Windows 7 64-bit on a laptop).
Dongle v2.5

I too was having the same problem with the "No Internet Connection" when trying to sync, I restarted the Fitbit One several times & then finally removed the Fitbit Software from my computer and then reinstalled for PC. Now the problem I'm having is Syncing manually, it looks different from before & now says it can't find my Fitbit One, this is very frustrating & just wish Fitbit would sort out all these glitches!!!

into your computer. Hold down the button on the fitbit for about 20
seconds, unplug from your computer and turn your fitbit back on and see if
that gets it to sync since you already deleted and added your fitbit app.

Maybe a silly question but how did you manage to get back to the previous version when it only offers the latest (Fitbit Connect 2.0.0.6518).
Thanks

WinXP here and re-installing the software , re-setting the Fitbit One doesn't work.
I did send an e-mail to Fitbit support requesting that they fix the problem or at least let us know what is happening/what their plans are and that I would not be recommending their products (as I have been doing) until this issue is fixed.
We'll see if they respond.

There is a later version to Fitbit Connect 2.0.0.6518 (v2.0.1.6742), which I intially updated to before trying to Synch, but that caused issues, so uninstalled Fitbit Connect, and then ran the same executable (FitbitConnect_Win_20141212_2.0.0.6518.exe), which worked fine. I also switched off automatic updates.
All of this is possible via the Troubleshooting option on the Fitbit Connect dialogue that pops up.

Tried the uninstall/reinstall game. No luck. Time to switch to another company's trackers.

Two fitbit Ones. Two Windows 10 PCs. Same symptoms. Same cure.

Hi! Did your history of steps etc. save, or does the re-install take you back to square one?
