Thanks! I had the same "problem" did not realize that it the stopwatch is sleep mode! Now how do you stop the stopwatch? Do you press it down for 2+ seconds?
Best AnswerYep! Click the button until you get to the stop watch and hold it down until it stops. I use it nightly. In fact, I purchased the Fitbit One primarily solely as a sleep monitor. When I sync, I toggle between normal and sensitive mode to estimate my average night's sleep.

Once you exit sleep mode, your tracker will resume displaying daily totals. Sync your tracker to see your sleep stats on the dashboard.
