Pairing fb one to samsung. It finds it  but no number appears on the fitbit to put into phone?

Is it on the supported list?  New phones come out daily. Takes time to test and add

Hello WendyB I am on version Android OS 8.0 and a Samsung A5 so should be OK.

I managed to get it paired last night as the number eventually came up on the Fitbit to enter into my phone.  Of late it just stops working for no reason usually every couple of days.  Thanks Ann
