Yesterday my fitbit one went dead. I brought it home and charged it but blacks out. Then when I shake it the fitbit 6.60 shows up like it has just been reset. This is the second unit I have owned. The first one died within the first few months of ownership and amazon replaced it for free. This one has lasted me about two years. Kinda frustrated with fitbit right now. Any ideas? Unit is two years and three days old.

mine has quit too. I have the same symptoms. This is the second one I have owned. I will be looking for a better device. These are terrible and I wont waste another $100 on a Fitbit product. They shouls stand behind thier product and replace them.

OK! Mine will be 2 years old the end of April. I will get half way through my 2 mile/6 floor walk and check it and it hasn't recorded anything! Very frustrating. After I check it, it will start recording. I've started checking it before I walk out the door and then several times along my route and that seems to take care of the problem.

my fitbit one will not hold a charge very long: anywhere from 4hrs to 10hrs. I tried every thing in the troubleshooting section. Once in awhile the readout would flash on and off , please help. I hate to spend another $100 within only 3 or 4 month!

Welcome to our Community @bsaa thanks for joining us! I'd like to know if you have tried cleaning its charger contacts by using hand sanitizer and a tissue or dampen a cotton swab with rubbing alcohol and carefully clean the charging contacts? If you did, please put your One in the charging cable and make sure that the charging contacts on your tracker align with the gold contacts on the inside of the charger. When you hear a click, you will know your tracker has been properly inserted into the charging cable. Then, leave your tracker in the charging cable for at least 90 minutes. If you already did this, I'd suggest you contact our Customer Support team and let them know the steps you've tried so they can provide you with a good solution for this.
Keep me posted!
