Fitbit one still not syncing

Is anyone still having problems with syncing their Fitbit? Apparently it’s all fixed now and mine still won’t. I’m in challenges and I’ve lost steps. Help

Hi I was worried about that too. But yes. It kept all the old information. It had today’s information and even show me my stats from yesterday and I just now got it to sync (7pm) so have gone a day and half with no app. But mine didn’t come right back after removing and then reinstalling the app. I had to do the hard reset on the actual One itself. Then it finally came back. I’ve definitely had this happen before with updates. I’ve had mine 4 years.

They make a clip for the inspire that you can wear like the One. That’s what I’m

doing now since my One isn’t syncing anymore.

doing now since my One isn’t syncing anymore. I bought a two pack of clips for $7.99 on Amazon. The only difference between the Inspire and the One is that the Inspire doesn’t count floors. It’s a little fatter too.

I’m having the same problem. Not doing anything differently and was getting help from Fitbit tech but nothing worked

Have you tried removing the Fitbit from your app? I did that with my Fitbit One. Then added it and the unclogged activity registered. Been working fine since.

Yes I have tried everything and it’s still not working. Obviously this is a
glitch in your system if other people are having this problem.

If your Ios is updated, Go on the Fitbit app and “remove device” from phone then add it back on as if you bought a new fit bit . It worked for me . Good luck

Yes it was , after troubleshooting - turning phone off and on ..... try removing the device from the Fitbit app , then install it as a new product ! It works

I did lose the steps of a day 17k which spoiled my “20 days straight stars “
