I have found that if you put the Fitbit One into the charger, cut it off and hold down the power button for 12 seconds, then cut it back on- all while in the charger, it will sync. Even though Bluetooth does not recognize the device, it must be on as well as the location for it to sync. The app must be opened too. Sometimes, even after all that, you have to refresh the app several times for this to work. I have to do this every third or fourth day now to sync it. Only other solution is to leave your phone's location and Bluetooth on all day and keep the app running in the background- which works, but I will not do. Hope this helps.
Don’t think that will work, support told me to go into app and forget device then add it as a new device. It saved all my data and synced straight away. I had already tried deleting and re installing the app. A few people have now had success, give it a try
Best AnswerHave you tried forget device then add new device, it seems to be helping others. Worked for me 🤞

Best AnswerHi, I’m just wondering if your syncing issue was ever resolved, and how? My Fitbit One started doing the same thing yesterday: it tracks my steps, however it will not sync with my iPhone 12.
Any tips, suggestions, guidance you can offer are greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Best AnswerI have an iPhone 7 and what finally worked was to open the app, click on my account then click on One. After that I clicked on remove this One and then added it. I did lose data but it is syncing again,
Hope this helps,

Best AnswerHi PalmTrees, I finally got My One to sync today!! I think it was the last update put out by the company and holding the button down longer after plugging it into the computer tower. Hope you got yours to work?
Best AnswerYes, I had to go to the app, remove my One and then add it again. I did lose data but it's syncing.
