Fitbit one stuck on full battery

Hello! I am hoping someone can help me troubleshoot where the problem is coming from with my Fitbit. It is stuck on the full battery screen. I have tried resetting it ( the 10-30 holding down if button) while plugging it into computer. According the my iPhone app the Fitbit is syncing with my phone and it is full battery it is not showing any steps taken. I have also restarted my phone and have turned Bluetooth on and off. My Fitbit is 3 years old and I have been using it non stop all year. Thank you for the help.

Oh! this sounds pretty bad and honestly I've heard cases like this and normally a restart fix it, but you mentioned that you already tried that and it didn't help. So, in this case I suggest you to get in touch with Fitbit Support directly so they can take a look of your account and choose an alternative option to help you out.
