My fitbit one stopped syncing this morning at 0:732.  I have tried all the fixes listed on these pages.  When I plug into my mac and follow steps listed, I get 660 not 633.  Can you tell me why I cant sync and what those numbers stand for.

Not sure what you mean by app lock. Looked all through phone and app clearances and found nothing to change.

On a side note after 4 fitbit resets and 2 phone resets now amazingly fitbit worked for 48 hours before losing tracker again

I got 660 as well. Did the hard reset and tracker worked for 48 hours before it stopped syncing again. Had to reset 4 times for it to take.

Fitbit One failed to sync previously.  That time a restart fixed the problem.

Stopped again yesterday morning.  Will not sync to any of the phones or computers it used to sync to.

My wife has the same model purchased on the same day, and she is able to sync to both phone and computer.

Restart indicates fw 660.  I was able to connect immediately after the restart from the app on my phone, but it still does not sync to my Dashboard.

BTW, the "troubleshooting" page assumes it has never worked and makes no account for a change from a previous working state.

Update:

After uninstalling, rebooting my phone, and then reinstalling the Fitbit App...then restarting the One yet again, I get a Connected, then an error: Cannot connect live data.  Then it tries to sync again.  This time, I get the error: Tracker not found.  Bluetooth clearly sees the tracker and gets the right MAC for it.

Something has changed at a higher level.  I wonder if 6.60 broke the One.

Also, why would a sync app need to know my location?  This seems like a weird requirement to connect a device.

  1. Plug your charging cable into your computer.
  2. Plug your Fitbit One™ tracker into the charging cable, making sure that the gold contacts on your tracker align with the gold contacts in the inside of the charger.
  3. Hold down your tracker's button for 10-12 seconds.
  4. Remove your tracker from the charging cable and press its button until the screen turns on and pres then a few seconds you should see Fitbit 633 on your Fitbit.
  5. Your Fitbit will reset.
  6. I hope you've been able to help with this.

My One suddenly won't sync to my Galaxy S5 or my iPad.  I've restarted my One 4 times.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app 3 times.  It continues to display version 6.60.  I'm so frustrated I could throw it.

My Fitbit One always synced with my Galaxy Tab A until this morning. I have tried un-installing and re-installing the Android Fitbit App; and resetting the Fitbit by connecting to the doggle, etc. 5 times.

The error message I get is "Ttracker not found". I get Fitbit 6.60 when I reset the Fitbit.

I am running Android 5.0.2 so that shouldn't be an issue.

Why is the Galaxy Tab A not supported when other version of the Galaxy are supported? When will this be fixed?

Did the same with mine. I finally plugged it into the dongle, held down till 650 showed up, unplugged, pushed button again and it worked. Read this online in a forum.

I have the same issue.  It's been almost 2 weeks now.  All the steps they gave me to do...STILL not working.  This is my second fitbit.  Lost my first one and loved it.  But with the syncing and recognizing issue...I may have to leave the fitbit family.

This didn't work for me.  I have tried EVERYTHING.  Where are the tech people on this page to tell us why it used to sync then suddenly it doesn't.  I am not the only one here....  Looks like a Fitbit issue.  Needs to be resolved.  This is crazy!
