Awesome troubleshooting @Lizzy0663

Make sure the latest version of the Fitbit App is installed onto your phone, if not already done, feel free restarting your phone.

Hi @Lizzy0663. Quite often, just turning Bluetooth OFF on the phone and back ON after 20 seconds or so does the trick.

I did that at least 5 times, nothing changed.  I can't get it to sync at all.  It works fine on my phone and on a different tablet, just not the one I  use the most.  Yet it had earlier.

No message just tracker can't be found.  Turning blue tooth on and off does not help, restarting one does not help, uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't  help, cleared cache, data from app, even forced stopped, nothing helps.

Hey there @Helpware thank you so much for letting us know how you resolved your issue and @taxprep61 I appreciate the update! Can you let me know which device are you trying to sync your One to? Have you checked if the device is on the list of supported devices for syncing?

Keep me posted, catch you later! Woman Wink

Galaxy Tab A.  I didn't see it on the list which is dissapointing, but it doesn't change the fact that this is a new problem, so it did work earlier.

Nothing I tried worked either until I put my fitbit into the charger in the
computer then pressed for 10 sec and took it off charge and pressed again
to turn it on that it started to sync again. What a relief!

Hey there @taxprep61 @Lizzy0663 thanks for the update! Smiley Tongue @taxprep61 I'd like you to know that since the Galaxy Tab A is still not on the supported devices for syncing list is cause our team is working hard to get more devices incorporated on this list but at the moment you might experience issues of it not working correctly since it hasn't been released as a supported device yet, therefore, my best advise would be to stay updated on here and in the meantime you can try syncing your tracker with a computer.

@Lizzy0663 so glad to hear that your tracker is now working correctly!

Hope both of you have a nice day! Man Very Happy

Marvin didn't respond, but I will....I am having a similar problem.   My fitbit One, which was fine since I got it in January, won't sync since Wednesday 3/30/2016.   i have an Android Tablet,  and an iphone 6.  No syncing on either one...both just keep looking for the device.  The device doesn't appear on the "other devices" list on either the iphone or the tablet.

On my pc (Windows 10),  the fitbit app/program today told me first to "uninstall  fitbit connect app or other apps that are trying to use the fibit base station."    This is brand new, and I don't want to uninstall the app from my phone...I don't understand why suddenly that woudl be necessary.   Alternatively  the PC program will display an icon of an exclamation point in a red triangle by the "sync" button that says "Fit Bit Base Station Initialization Error."

Any ideas?

Same Issues as well. Appears to be since firmware update that One does not sync.  Using Galaxy S4 Active and fitbit One.  Have done all of the simple "reset" options and tracker still is not found since 3/26/16.  Please update and fix, your tracker is worthless if we cannot access the info.

Same issue, I am so frustrated not being able to see what I've done each day!  I too have tried everything suggested with no luck.

I had the same issue on my samsung galaxy s4. It was not a fitbit error but was caused by an applock on my phone. Tha applock performed a sweep of my phone and disabled my blue tooth to keep it from syncing with my brand new fitbit1. Uninstall the applock and it is performing like a champ.

I made sure I had updated iOS on iPhone and reset my Fitbit one while plugged in multiple times. Also turned on/off Bluetooth as suggested. Nothing seems to work. My Fitbit also stopped syncing on March 30th. Any suggestions?
