My fitbit one wont sync with my android all of a sudden. I have tried resetting and no luck everything I've tried in the past doesn't seem to work. Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

Hello!

 

I was chatting with online support and it was a joke and a waste of time!  I came across this same issue and how to fix it and it toatlly worked!

I tried these directions---it did not work. I have Windows 10. Then I tried to sync again, forgot to unplug my carging cable with the FBO still in my computer--guess what--it synced, first time since May 23!!!
