My trusty Fitbit One has stopped holding a charge for more than an hour or so. When I try to charge it, i quickly shows fully charge but then drains again again WAY too fast. I have turned off the unit and turned it back on several times. I tried rebooting my PC and iPad. I tried draining the One, hoping I could give it a fresh full charge, etc. I uninstalled and reinstalled Fitbit Connect on my PC but I generally sync with the iPad. No luck. I certainly cannot track my sleep because the Fitbit dies if I don't put it back in the charger after a short period of time. So after fighting with this problem for several days, I decided to uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app on my iPad. At least now I have the latest version if I didn't have it before. Still no luck, though. Do I have any other options? I do not want to change models. My oldie but goodie does everything I need and is discreet. I don't dare hope that Fitbit would replace this old model since I have had it for several years and past experience with the Fitbit people is that they don't really care about individual consumers. Any ideas?

Thanks for the response. I was pretty sure the One had been discontinued but hoped there was a solution other than replacement. The One is the original Fitbit. I find it interesting that Fitbit will still sell a One for $289 though. I guess I'll have to look on the secondary market. I have not been pleased with Fitbit customer service. At the time I purchased, they were the only game in town.
