Hi @Circean. I would try retstarting your Fitbit One tracker, using the instructions in the following link:

click here >> Restart. Be prepared to repeat the process two or three times if need be. A successful restart  results in Fitbit 6.60 showing up on your One's display.

If you still can't sync (presumably with your iPad and if not please tell us which device you're using), check your iPad's operating system for possible updates. Please verify also that you're using the latest version of the Fitbit app on your ipad. The following link to the appropriate help document might be useful:Keeping Fitbit app up to date.

If still no joy, please come back here for more tips or else have a chat with Customer Support.

Hope this helps. Please let us know how it goes.

Try removong the Fitbit app and then reinstalling it.  If this doesn't work, then do a complete system restore.  I have found that there are times when my Apple stuff doesnt work correctly after a software update.  I have corrected this by doing a complete system restore.  To do this...(This works on both the Iphone and the IPad)

1.  Power down the Iphone or IPad.  Hold in the button at the top of the phone until the slide to power off graphic pops up, then do what it says.

2. When the phone is off, start ITunes.

3.  After Itunes loads, connect your phone or pad to your PC with the interface cable while holding in the button at the bottom of the phone.

4.  You will get a message on the PC screen that says your devise needs to be updated or restored.  Select RESTORE.  You have already updated your device, but when you updated it, it was probably done from a WIFI connection and left some areas of your device corrupted.  This procedure uses your PC to manage the update, and corrects the problems, if any, that may have occured.

5.  Follow the prompts on the PC screen.

This problem can happen if you have maxed out your memory.  Because the memory is maxed out, it's difficult for the device to write clean instructions in the ios section of the device.  I do this whenever there is a software update, to avoid problems later on.
