My Fitbit won't turn on. Won't sync.
Ive tried holding the button down for 10-15 seconds to reset it but nothing.
Its only a couple of months old.
Is there help or a replacement service available.

When you tried the restart procedure was it on the charger as described here?

If so, then it may be worth trying it a few more times as the procedure doesn't always work.
If that doesn't fix it then you can contact customer support via this link:
As you will still be within warranty, if they can't fix it they usually replace it.
