Just got my new One yesterday and clipped it onto my Polo shirt neck by the buttons this morning.
I spent from 0700 to 1500 driving a truck and basically delivering and in and out and up and down into the back of the truck. I has registered me at over 9000 steps, 4.5 miles, 2800 calories burnt, 38 floors climbed and 30 active minutes?
There is no way I have done that many steps I think so could it be that because I clipped it onto my Polo Shirt buy the buttons that the motion of the truck has counted steps and flights? Or could I have a faulty one?
I will clip it to my pocket tomorrow just to see if/how much difference there is if any?
Which I had done the amount it has registered.

You can do a count step. Look at the steps you have now and then walk and count 100 steps and see what happens.
But I dont know how many times you get in and out of the truck.
UPS drivers get in and out a lot so I dont know if you are close. But my Driver gets a lot more steps than that.
Also where you wore your one was fine. But you can test different areas as well if you want

I always wear mine on my pant pocket. Try that, but it seems you very well could have had that much activity.
