I sent an invitation to a few coworkers. One in particular tried to accept, but kept getting a "Sorry. It's not you. It's us." message. So she sent me an invitation to accept. I keep getting the same error message. A day or two later, one of the other coworkers accepted my friend invitation. Thinking things were fixed, I tried accepting the previous coworker's friend invitation, but received the same error message. I tried to resend an invitation to her thinking maybe the link in the message is messed up, but now I get a "You already sent a friend request message to jwalker@nnva.gov." What now?

Have you made sure that your Fitbit app is updated? If so, do the following:
Let me know if this time you're able to accept the invitation or f you see your friends listed on your dashboard already!

I am having the same problem. I have made sure my app is updated and done as below but I am still getting the same error message when I click on the link in the email. My phone is not allowing me to delete the friend request and re-send. Thanks

Welcome to our Community @CB1977! Thanks for joining us! Mmmhhh this is really weird...I'd like to know if this is happening with this friend in particular and what happens if your friend tries to delete the invitation and send it to you again?
