Friends dashboard

I have always been able to see the steps graph of all of my friends when I click on them. Now I cannot see anyone's daily steps. This is not a privacy issue on their part as it disappeared on ALL of my friends and I only look at steps--not other private info. I uninstalled and reinstalled fitbit app on my computer,  looked for an updated version and it still doesn't show. It has for the last 4 years that I have had my fitbit One. What has changed??? Frustrated as I am competitive with many friends. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I am not having any trouble. Try and clear your cache

Thanks for your response. Tried that and it still didn't work, on either of my desktop or laptop computers. Frustrating!

Just fixed. I did not have adobe flash plug in (deleted it somehow) Now the graphs are back up!
