 After charging, my screen is frozen.

You can try restarting it: restart

@Audirose Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with your Fitbit One screen.

What do you see on the screen? It is possible that a your tracker tried to update its firmware but failed. If that is the case, please try the steps here. That should certainly help you out.
