Having to log in to sync every time

When are you going to fix the issue with the ONE, where every time I want to force sync, you make me log in again. This is annoying and a waste of my time. It never did this until your last update. Please fix this. Any estimate on when you can stop this? jim

I am having this same problems with the Zip. I don't know what their deal is but this needs to be fixed. Looks like they are trying force people to use social media as the login and it will not happen as far as I am concerned. I will go to another brand first.

I agree. It seems like it should be an easy fix. Hey Fitbit, it sounds like your customers want this fixed.

JimAlex is right on.

Bugs like this make FitBit look bad.  For a product that relies on its software to distinguish it from other pedometers, such an obvious bug is a HUGE oversight.

Hey FitBit:  You owe all of us a reply to JimAlex.

Same thing on Charge HR - how about a "remember me" box

You DO owe us an answer, AND a fix. I downloaded your new software last night, and it still requires the log in EVERYTIME. YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE RESTLESS AND FRUSTRATED!!

Hey @JimAlex, this is a known issue. Moderators have come on record in other threads with comments to the effect that they are well aware of the issue and that the engineers are working on it. So hopefully it will be resolved soon.

Cheers!
