Did you deleted your account? or what do you mean it is not active anymore? Did you forgot the password?

I no longer have that account, it was with a landline service that I no longer have.

Did you got this sorted? You can create a new account using that same email address if you need to. Just note it will be a brand new account (starting from scratch). Check this helpful article for more information about deleted accounts.
