How do I change time zone?

You can change your timezone in your profile settings at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile

 

Once changed and saved the next time you sync your fitbit will be updated.

I just wanted to add something to @SteveH's helpful post above; please find step by step instructions on how to do this on this article here. You will find steps on how to do this on any platform you may be using.
